14-day returns

Apparel and basketballs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused and in original, resellable condition— unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached for apparel; clean and unused for basketballs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund it to your original payment method.

How to return an item

  1. Email support@supe.pro with your order number within 14 days of delivery to start the return.
  2. Pack the item unused in its original condition and ship it to:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below). Use a tracked method — we can only refund items we actually receive.

Refund processing

After your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email support@supe.pro with a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund — no return required, and we cover the shipping.

Non-returnable

Used, worn, or washed items cannot be returned. Digital products and memberships are non-refundable — see our Terms for membership billing.
